No Pornography - NŪDPeople.com is an online Community for Genuine Naturists and is dedicated to promoting Wholesome, Non-Sexual, Nude, and Clothing Optional Recreation. As such, we DO allow posting images of people without clothing. While we allow nudity, we are different than most other nudist social sites in that we limit it to genuine Nudist/Naturist images. Governing Law; Jurisdiction And Choice Of Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any action concerning these Terms, or the parties’ rights or obligations pursuant hereto shall be instituted in either the state or federal courts located in and for San Jose, California and all parties further agree to the exclusive personal and subject matter jurisdiction of said courts. The parties hereby waive any rights they may have to a change of venue.
